Here at the Plantwise Knowledge Bank, we endeavour to provide you not only with cutting-edge plant health information from across the globe. But, we also want you to have an excellent user experience whenever you visit our site. We currently have over 15,000 content pieces. These include pest management decision guides, factsheets, species pages, photosheets, and manuals, all of which are online and absolutely free.

Now, we realise not everyone has access to the internet all the time. What’s more, you may want to have access to the factsheets most useful to you when you are offline.

This is where the handy factsheets booklet builder comes in. With this tool, you can download factsheets of interest to you so you can print them out or save them as one PDF file on your device. This allows you to access important information anytime, whether you are online or offline.

Using the Booklet Builder

To create your Plantwise Knowledge Bank Booklet, follow these four easy steps:

1. First, search for the pest or crop of interest to you on the homepage search box.

2. Next, on the search results page, you will see a booklet icon on the right side of the factsheet title. Click on the icon. Once you click on it, the icon changes colour from black to orange showing that you have added it to your booklet. Click on as many factsheets as you want to include in your booklet.

3. On the top right of the black menu bar on the search results page, you will see the booklet icon displaying the number of factsheets you have clicked selected to include in your booklet. Click on this booklet icon.

4. This will take you to the factsheet booklet builder page. This shows a list of all factsheets that you have added to your booklet. You can download the booklet as a PDF by choosing ‘Create booklet’. To remove all of the factsheets that you have added, click ‘delete all’, or the “delete” icon next to the factsheet you want to remove.

There is a “quick booklet” builder function that allows you to create a booklet of all factsheets either written in or relevant to a given country.
